Commercial Use License Up To 500 Units

This listing is for one commercial use license to make up to 500 physical units for sale with ONE of Hello Creative Family’s designs. When you download any of my files (whether they are paid or free), it is licensed for personal use. You may use any of my cut files to create items for personal use or to gift to friends and family members.

If you would like to sell anything that you make that has one of my designs on it, you will need to purchase a commercial use license.

This license applies to any ONE file you intend to use in projects for sale. Please purchase a commercial use license for each design that you would like to use for handmade items you sell. 

You may not use my designs in any way that could lead people to believe that they are buying something from Hello Creative Family or that would reflect poorly on Hello Creative Family’s brand.

Under NO circumstances may you share, sell, or otherwise redistribute the actual digital files or present them as being your own.

This listing does not include any files, you are only purchasing a commercial use license that gives you the right to sell up to 500 units made with one design.

Licensing Fine Print:

This license grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use one Hello Creative Family Cut File (that you purchase separately) to use on handmade items that you sell such as wood signs, mugs, tumblers, shirts, tote bags and more.

What you may not do:

• Buyer may not resell, relicense, redistribute without my express written permission.
• Buyer may not use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited.
• Media may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner.
• Media may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
• Media may not be made available for download or clamed as your own.
• Purchase does not transfer the copyright to you. Hello Creative Family retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Media.
